Cascadia is 12 miles southeast of Tacoma in southeastern Pierce County, near Bonney Lake. 

Access is from the north via the planned 198/199th Avenue East arterial corridor connection to SR 410.

In time, Cascadia will have a new four-lane access road extending west to SR 162 and connecting to regional freeway routes west and north.
