Overlooking the amphitheatre, with breathtaking vistas of Mt. Rainier, is Cascadia's lively retail village. This is the heart of the Cascadia community. Here you can enjoy a cappuccino, dine alfresco or just visit with neighbors. With the elementary school, the amphitheatre and a park right next door, it is also an ideal place for community celebrations.

Opening in 2009, the village is currently in the planning stage with proposals to include a bank, coffee shop, restaurant, wine store and a medical/wellness center.
